The Spring Lake Public Schools is governed by a seven member School Board. Each member is elected at large and serves alternating six-year terms. Elections are held in even year Novembers.

TITLE IX

School Board Meetings

The School Board meets monthly. Agendas are posted three days before the meeting. All School Board meetings are open to the public, unless specified as a closed or executive session in accordance with Michigan statute.  Meeting dates for the calendar year are determined at the first meeting in January and are typically scheduled for the third Monday of the month.  Work sessions are scheduled as needed.

All meetings, unless noted on the schedule below, begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held at:
