2022-23 Snow Removal Services

Snow Removal Services RFP

 Spring Lake Public School District is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the snowplowing/removal from the Districts Buildings for the School Year 2022-2023.  The agreement shall be in effect for one year and may be renewed by mutual agreement for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years.

Bid Submission

Bids are to be submitted no later than 1:00pm EST on Friday, September 30, 2022.

  •  One (1) electronic proposal to be emailed to  lboeve@springlakeschools.org.
  •  One (1) hard copy proposal to be sent to Liz Boeve, Director of Operations, Spring Lake Public Schools, Administrative Offices, 345 Hammond Street, Spring Lake, MI 49456.  All bids must be marked “Snow Removal Bid” on the face of the envelope.

 The hard copy proposal is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Snow Removal Proposal.”

 Bids will be read in closed session.

SLPS reserves the right to accept other than the low bid and/or reject any or all bids. SLPS final decision will be in the best interest of the school districts as it relates to price, quality, and its performance to the educational program.
