The above were all new this past school year. 2009-10 was an eventful, highly successful school year!! We are also proud of the continued positive partnership with the community. Volunteers in the classroom, Reading Buddies, playground and fieldtrips were in evidence daily. Students enjoyed participating in Fitness Club, Chess Club, Rocket Club, Student Council/School Store, Honors Choir, Japanese Club, Swing Dance, Peace Frogs, Jump Start, Girls on the Run, Total Trek Quest, and sports intramurals. The Holmes library loaned almost 27,000 books. 41 students earned over 100 points in the AR program. Our parent’s club sponsored the annual Breakfast Gallery, Snack with Santa, the School Carnival.
