Spring Lake High School Students Warm Hearts with Cocoa Fundraiser
Last week’s bitter cold was no match for the warmth of generosity at Spring Lake High School. Students came together to host a hot cocoa and baked goods fundraiser, with all proceeds supporting the SXI programs at Holmes and Intermediate Schools. But this event was about more than just raising funds—it was about building connections.
In a heartwarming display of inclusion, the high schoolers didn’t just serve sweet treats; they welcomed SXI students into their space, inviting them to take part in winter-themed brain break activities. The joy was contagious as students of all ages came together, creating memories while supporting an important cause.
This fundraiser was a perfect example of what makes Spring Lake so special—students using their time, effort, and generosity to support their fellow Lakers, no matter which school building they call home.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this event a success.
Go Lakers!
