Spring Lake Choirs Shine with Outstanding Achievements

The Spring Lake Public Schools choir program is hitting all the right notes! Our Grades 7-12 choirs have recently achieved remarkable success, both at festival events and in individual performances, showcasing the incredible talent and hard work of our students and their dedicated directors.

Festival Achievements:
Our choirs delivered stellar performances at recent festivals, earning high praise from judges.

 

  • Middle School Choir – Scored an impressive 118/120, demonstrating their growing talent and dedication.
  • Singers Ensemble – Achieved a strong 101/120, highlighting their musical skill and stage presence.
  • Bella Voce – Delivered a flawless performance, earning a perfect score of 120/120 at Festival!

Individual Recognitions:
In addition to these group accomplishments, several of our choir members have distinguished themselves with remarkable individual achievements.

 

  • Tina Koratich & Isla Engelhard – Placed 2nd at the West Michigan Showcase for their breathtaking duet performance.
  • Isla Engelhard & Ava Davidson – Selected for the All-State Festival, making Spring Lake the only school with two representatives selected for this prestigious event.
  • Emmy Tosterud – Recognized as one of ten finalists for a vocal competition hosted by the Verdi Opera Theater of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

These accomplishments reflect the dedication, talent, and passion of our students, along with the expert guidance of their choir directors. Their hard work continues to elevate Spring Lake’s reputation for excellence in the arts.
