Life-Saving Efforts at Jeffers Elementary
On Monday, March 10, just as Jeffers Elementary students were entering the doors, a student collapsed. Several staff jumped in with their training to do what they do best: take care of their children.
In Tinley’s case, Jeffers staff saved her life from what turned out to be ventricular fibrillation (V-fib). She has since returned to school.
