The anticipated schedule for the selection of a hardware and software system is as follows:
- Monday, April 15, 2013 at 1:00 PM Proposals Due at District Office
- Week of April 15, 2013 Review Proposals/Develop List for Interviews
- Week of April 22, 2013 Vendor interviews/presentations
- Monday, May 20, 2013 Recommendation to Board
- Monday, June 17, 2013 Begin installation
- Friday, August 30, 2013 Complete system implementation and staff training
