Elementary Milk Block

Every day, time is set-aside for your child to have an in classroom snack period.  If you would like to purchase a carton of low fat milk (NO artificial growth hormones) for your son or daughter to have during this time you can do so at the beginning of each “Milk Block” session.

Listed below are the prices for the “Milk Block” sessions for the 2011 - 2012 school year.  If you would like your student to participate, please purchase milk by a “BLOCK” basis.  Milk may NOT be purchased on a daily basis.

Please make checks out to Spring Lake Public Schools – Milk Block and have your student give the check to their teacher at the beginning of the Milk Block period.

(Block #1)  September 7 – December 2:  $30.00(60 days x $ .50)
(Block #2)  December 5 – March 16:   $28.50 (57 days x $ .50)
(Block #3)  March 19 – June 8:    $26.50(53 days x $.50)

PLEASE NOTE:

• MILK BLOCK is NOT a part of the Breakfast or Lunch Meal Program.  Free & Reduced qualified status does not apply.  This is a separate “in classroom” snack time.

• MILK BLOCK money is non-refundable due to absences.
